Refreshingly fragrant and aromatic with elegant hints of fruit and refined floral flavors. Clean and bright on the palate with a sweet aftertaste, a perfect “starter” for casual gatherings and weekends. Pair with mild cheeses, light appetizers, and your favorite chicken, pork or Asian entrees.
OFF-DRY [AKA Alabama Dry]
Grenache is one of the top varieties used in popular Rosé blends. You’ll also find it used in Northern Spain where it’s called Garnacha Rosado.
Flavors: Strawberry, Raspberry, Watermelon Candy, Lemonade, and Cucumber. Wines have a burst of sweet red fruit flavors and a finish that usually ends with zesty sweet lemon-like acidity.
Food Pairing: Grenache is best when paired with aromatic spices and nightshades (you know! tomato, red pepper, eggplant…). Look to Italy, Morocco, the Middle East and India for cuisine inspiration.

Simply known as a regional white wine in France the Chardonnay grape has been used by winemakers since 1330. Ozan ferments our version with regional yeast at reduced temperatures for a fruit forward taste profile balanced with hints of oak and citrus. Enjoy this classic white wine paired with hearty hors d’Oeuvres, fish and fowl dishes.

Isolated from native Virginia vines by Dr. Norton and grown at Jefferson’s Monticello, this historical American grape yields distinctive wine with upfront black cherry followed by a rich extended finish.

Our single varietal Pinot Noir boast delicate fruit and cherry flavors, complemented by artisanal barrel aging. Our winemakers proprietary varietal blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon results a mild, mid tannic wine, with pleasant levels of berry fruit. A short barrel aging regime imparts a soft and subtle complexity to this easy drinking red. Enjoy our “field blend” inspired wine paired with charcuterie, select cheeses or any seasoned cuisine.

Apples & Bourbon Barrels
Enjoy this historically American combination of fresh apples and delicately toasted oak. Our winemaker has chosen to cellar this wine in freshly emptied American white oak bourbon barrels. The result is a sophisticated Apple Dessert wine with toasted vanilla flavors and an amber gold color.
